CREAT Game Jam 2024

The Digital Creativity Axis of the CREAT Chair, headed by Laureline Chiapello, organized a game jam from May 31 to June 4, 2024. A game jam is an event where video game creators come together to develop games within a limited time, typically around a specific theme.

This 72-hour event was targeted at students and provided them with mentoring throughout the game development process. Participants also received feedback on their finished games from professionals in the gaming industry. The objective of the game jam was to help participants build their portfolios while also preparing them for the professional world by developing their communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

A total of 8 games were created, with 3 receiving awards.
