“ET SI ? Ménager au lieu d’aménager”: Rethinking living environments through research-creation
How can we design living environments with care for places and the people who inhabit them? The video “ET SI ? Ménager au lieu d’aménager” explores this question through a research-creation project centred on Montréal’s future Louvain Est neighbourhood.
Shabnam Rahbar, Associate Professor at Université de Montréal and a co-researcher in the CREAT Research Chair’s Arts and Health research Axis, invites us to discover this work. Building on a workshop initiated in 2023, the video presents alternative design approaches and offers avenues for reflection on how we imagine and inhabit our living environments.
