Culture in the Regions Axis launches Excellence Scholarship competition
The Culture in the Regions Axis is launching a new excellence scholarship competition for graduate students whose research focuses on culture or the arts in regional areas.
The competition is open to students enrolled in a research-based master’s or doctoral program whose projects examine culture or the arts outside the cities of Montréal and Québec City.
