Grant Award

Professor Olivier Beauchet has received a $25,000 grant from the Office of the Vice-Rector for Strategic Planning and Communications at the Université de Montréal (VRPCS) for his project Réchauffement climatique : l’art inuit au service de la transmission des savoirs.

This funding is part of the Support Program for Projects Contributing to the Objectives of the new Place aux Premiers Peuples 2024–2029 action plan. The project, which will run until March 30, 2025, will highlight Inuit knowledge through art and music.
