Mélanie Boucher publishes in Arabeschi
Professor Mélanie Boucher, co-researcher with CREAT, recently contributed to issue 24 of the journal Arabeschi, dedicated to the musealization of performance. The issue, co-edited by Julie Bawin, Alessandra Acocella, and Maria Elena Minuto, is now available online.
In her article, she examines the place of performative works within museum collections and the challenges related to their documentation and management, particularly in online cataloguing practices. Her analysis draws on examples from the Centre Pompidou, MoMA, and the National Gallery of Canada.
