Call for Communications: (Re)voir le vivant. Explorations documentaires en recherche-création

This international colloquium, organized by labdoc (Laboratoire de recherche sur les pratiques audiovisuelles documentaires – UQAM), invites reflection on the “crisis of sensibility” (Morizot, 2020) in the context of ecological upheaval, and on the ways in which research-creation can contribute to reinventing our relationship with the Living through expanded documentary practices—including cinema, visual arts, sound creation, performance, literature, and more.

The symposium is open to academic and non-academic researchers, students, postdoctorals, documentary artists, practitioners, artist collectives and research groups.
