The CREAT Research Chair in Montpellier
Laureline Chiapello, Head of the Digital Creativity Axis, completed a productive research stay at Université Paul-Valéry Montpellier in France, where she presented her pragmatist approach to game design.
Her schedule included meetings with students, discussions on research-creation projects, exchanges on the concept of the ArtGame, and the presentation of the first images from her game on female pleasure, “CLTRS”.
This research stay has opened the door to further scholarly activities, which will lead her, among other engagements, to the upcoming conference of the Canadian Game Studies Association this June in Montréal.
